By accessing or using Flipside CRM ("Service"), operated by The Flipside of Technology, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Flipside CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management platform for freelancers, agencies, and e-commerce businesses. Features include customer management, invoicing, deal tracking, automation, and WooCommerce integration.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the system
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorisation

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into Flipside CRM. We do not claim ownership of your customer data, invoices, or business information.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Flipside of Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through Settings.
